The Byron Beachcomber, Byron Bay

My stay was quite enjoyable at this resort, benefiting from its neat and spacious layout. The main highlights were the clean gardens and the convenience of being just a short stroll from the beach. Unfortunately, I encountered a major issue with noise from the main road, which dampened the experience a bit. The amenities were pretty basic, and while everything was mostly pleasant, it did feel a little outdated in parts.

We had a wonderful stay, enjoying the clean and spacious apartment. The surrounding pool and garden areas were beautifully maintained, which added to our overall relaxation. While the apartment was a bit dated, it had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is just perfect, close to the beach and shops, but we did find the noise from neighboring guests a bit bothersome at times.

We had a wonderful six-night stay at this hotel. It was exceptionally clean and had a perfect location, just a short walk from the town. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. That said, I wish they would consider making the property completely smoke-free, as we had some issues with smoke drifting from neighboring balconies.

There were some annoying footsteps from above, but for the price we paid, it was a small issue we could overlook.

On the other hand, the reviews about the amenities being sparse and the sound insulation lacking were definitely on point. Overall, I found it a bit lacking in some areas, especially for those expecting full hotel services.
